Erodium Sweetheart (Stork's Bill)

Highly ornamental geranium type plant with prolific rose-spotted white flowers. Sweetheart has a heavy bloom in spring and then again in fall. In summer it may toss up an occasional flower just to keep you guessing, but it generally rests during the worst summer heat. The foliage is quite pleasingly fragrant. You can grow this plant as a groundcover, let it wander between others in the sunny to partly shaded border An established plant is described as a brides bouquet laying on the ground, rosetting to 12 inches high, getting wider with age.
